The hotel is located in a great area, near a beautiful river and surrounded by greenery. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, with nicely made beds and fresh linens. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is decent with options such as aloo parathas and toast. the bathroom, although small, is fairly clean.

The parking facility at this hotel is limited.

The breakfast had a decent variety and the staff was quick to refill the items. the location was convenient, close to a popular tourist spot and some cafes and shops. the ease of check-in was a plus point, no long waiting in the queue or forms to be filled.

The water pressure in the shower was really low, and it took ages to wash my hair. the room had an odd smell, almost musty, and it gave me a headache.

I loved the location of this hotel, it was close to the Chambal river and the civil lines area was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms, linen and bathrooms were all clean and well-maintained. The exterior facade of the hotel was excellent, giving a feel of a heritage hotel.
